Part one of our virtual ensemble project (Virtually Present) is the video production of "Jingle Bells". We have created a virtual ensemble based on a Latin American piano ensemble arrangement of Jingle Bells by Laura Silva. For the purposes of this virtual project, the arrangement has been modified for use with one student and a pre-recorded backing ensemble. However, the original 2 piano, 8-hands (+ percussion) ensemble arrangement can be found and purchased on the Piano Safari website here.

 

Through this project, we hope that students can still find joy in making music with others during the holidays. Below are the instructional, rehearsal, and performance videos for our 2020 Jingle Bells Ensemble!
